your flat monthly fee will never change. Once you submit a request, it will be added
to your work queue. Your personal Brandripe designer will then start working on your
requests, starting from the 1st one in your queue.

How long do I have to wait for my requests?
Each design is custom made based on your submitted brief and will have a different
output time. However, we promise that your initial design request will be delivered
within 24 - 48 working hours.
What happens if I don’t like my design?
You will be able to submit unlimited revisions based on the work you have received.
Within our system, you are able to view your designs and pinpoint the exact areas
which need revision.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
The minimum subscription commitment is 1 month.
Can I use 1 account if I have multiple businesses or brands?
Of course. You can submit requests from all the different brands under your account.
It is a simple quick process, just create a brand profile through your account,
upload all your brand assets and then select the brand you would like us to work
with.
How does the 10-day trial work?
Get 3 FREE credits and submit as many design requests as you need.
If you find that our service is not the right fit for you,
you can cancel anytime during the 10-day trial period without any charges.
If you choose not to cancel,
your card will be automatically billed for the total amount of the plan you selected during the trial.
Rest assured; you won't incur any charges during the trial itself.
